We will review the request and, if the infringement is confirmed, remove the material, replace the image, correct the caption, remove the link, or make another necessary correction.
What to include in your email
To help us review the issue faster, please include:
- A link to the VixyHub page where the disputed material appears
- An exact description of the material: text, image, video, preview, publication excerpt, or link
- Confirmation that you are the rights holder or their representative
- A link to the original source, if available
- What exactly you are asking us to do: remove, correct, replace, add the author's name, remove an excerpt, or update a link
- Contact details for our reply
If the request is submitted by a representative, please state the basis on which you act on behalf of the rights holder. We do not need unnecessary personal data, documents unrelated to the request, or confidential information.
YouTube videos and external materials
The site may include embedded YouTube videos, links to social media, public posts by bloggers, and materials from external platforms. An embedded video is usually not stored on VixyHub servers, but hosted by YouTube or another platform. If the issue concerns the video itself, its removal, age restrictions, or access settings, some matters may need to be resolved through the platform where the original was published.
At the same time, you can still contact us if you believe that the embedding, description, preview, title, or context on VixyHub infringes your rights or misrepresents the meaning of the material.
Corrections and timing
We review requests manually. Usually, we first check the page, source, authorship, and substance of the claim. If the request is clear and confirmed, we try to make the correction or remove the disputed material promptly.
We may decline to remove material if it is used lawfully, belongs in a news or reference context, contains a link to an open source, does not copy the work in full, or does not infringe the claimant's rights. In that case, we will explain our position in our reply.
